To ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations, it is vital that each employee internalizes compliance as part of their everyday work. This also involves taking responsibility and reporting wrongdoing, be it one’s own or that of colleagues.
Employees may report breaches of compliance to the following individuals or systems:
their direct supervisor,
the Chief Compliance Officer or the head of Compliance,
the head of the responsible department in the House of Compliance (HoC),
directly by phone or by e-mail to the Compliance Tteam of the Legal & Compliance division,
or the internal Compliance hotline.
